Announcing the return of Art & Sole: Celebrating Westerwood's Artistic Spirit!  

We are delighted to announce the much-awaited return of Art & Sole, our cherished community event dedicated to celebrating the diverse artistic talent that flourishes within our neighborhood. Get ready to immerse yourself in a vibrant display of creativity as we invite all practicing artists aged 18 and above, residing in Westerwood, to participate and make this year's event an unforgettable masterpiece.

• Registration Deadline:  June 22, 2024

What is Art & Sole?   Art & Sole, first held in 2009, is a walking studio tour of Westerwood. Artists living in Westerwood can register to open up their home studio to the public. Then residents and visitors can put on their walking shoes and enjoy a fall day exploring Westerwood while visiting studios. Artists will have their art for sale, so this can even be an opportunity to jump start your holiday shopping while supporting local artists and finding something really unique!  

Calling all Artists: Your Canvas Awaits!  Prepare to showcase your artistic prowess on October 5th, turning Westerwood into a canvas of creativity. Register now for Art & Sole by clicking  here , and be part of this artistic extravaganza.

Not an Artist but Still Want to Contribute?  Even if you're not showcasing your art, you can still play a crucial role in the Art & Sole magic! We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help with planning and tasks on the big day. Stay tuned for volunteer sign-up links and other ways to contribute to this unforgettable event.

Signs and Packets: Close to the event, each participant will receive a yard sign for their studio. There will also be a packet provided to each participating artist containing a number to mark your location on the map. Make sure to attach these numbers to your sign. The packet will also include a tour map, name tag, lanyard, and other essential information and tips for a successful show. Let's make your art shine!

Volunteer: As a participating artist, we encourage you to help out with some of the volunteer efforts! Sign up links will be shared with the neighborhood. Get ready to sign up and spread the creative love throughout the community!

Promotional Materials: Submit photographs of yourself, preferably in your studio, along with images of your work at the end of the registration form. We'll use these materials for promotions and plan a group photo of all participants in mid-July. Need help getting a picture of yourself working in your studio?  Email us , and we will help out!
