Our story in the heart of Greensboro

Developer Arthur K. Moore transformed former farmland into Westerwood in 1919, crafting a walkable garden neighborhood with Craftsman bungalows, Tudor cottages, and Colonial facades that still welcome neighbors today.

We sit between Downtown Greensboro, UNCG, and Greensboro College, giving residents easy access to greenways, cultural institutions, and campus energy while preserving the quiet of tree-lined streets.

Why neighbors love Westerwood
